Eco Design

July 29, 2024, 8:00 am - July 31, 2024, 4:00 pm

This summer, Ekin Agency Arts is collaborating to offer an eco-friendly and artistically engaging Eco Design camp. The camp is led by Nkita, an eco-friendly artist from the Ekin collective, who brings a unique perspective on sustainable design and environmental art. Nkita, known for traveling the world to conduct Eco Design workshops, will be settling in Toronto for the summer to teach young campers. The camp focuses on integrating principles of sustainability and environmental awareness into the creative process, providing a platform for young artists to explore and develop their artistic skills while learning about eco-friendly practice.

The Eco Design camp hosted by Ekin Agency Arts aims to empower campers to think creatively about the role of art in promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility. Through hands-on activities and projects, campers will learn about sustainable materials, eco-friendly design techniques, and how art can be used to convey important messages about environmental stewardship. This camp provides a unique opportunity for children to combine their passion for art with a more in-depth understanding of how to care for the planet, fostering a sense of responsibility and creativity in the next generation of artists and designers.
